We’re a small team of parents, and we stand behind every pair we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

Include your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, contact us right away—we’ll take care of it at no cost to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
• Check your bank account
• Contact your credit card provider
• Then reach out to us at help@babyshocks.com

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:
• Gift cards
• Final sale items

EXCHANGES

We currently replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
